Hydrogen wellness · Singapore
The antioxidant small enough to reach everything.
Molecular hydrogen is two atoms wide. It crosses barriers that other antioxidants cannot, helping to neutralise harmful radicals. Supported by over 20 years of published research.

Daltons — light enough to reach the brain, where other antioxidants stop
Human clinical trials registered or published
Three things make hydrogen different.
Most of what sounds too good to be true about H₂ comes down to physics, not marketing.

Selective
Vitamin C and E clear radicals indiscriminately, including the ones your cells use for signalling. H₂ reacts meaningfully with only the two most destructive — the hydroxyl radical and peroxynitrite.

Small
Two daltons — some ninety times lighter than vitamin C. Being that small, uncharged and non-polar, it reaches the brain, the mitochondria and the cell nucleus, where most antioxidants cannot follow.

Clean
When H₂ neutralises a hydroxyl radical the product is water. Nothing to metabolise, nothing to clear, nothing that accumulates — which is most of the reason the safety profile reads as it does.
WHY SIZE DECIDES EVERYTHING
Two daltons. Nothing else gets in like this.
Vitamin C, vitamin E, CoQ10 — all of them are too large or too polar to cross into the brain. Hydrogen is electrically neutral, non-polar, and just two daltons in mass. It diffuses into places no other antioxidant reaches.
01
Through the blood-brain barrier
One of the very few antioxidants that reaches neurons directly rather than being stopped at the gate.
02
Into the mitochondria
Straight to where oxidative stress begins, instead of mopping up after the damage is done.
03
Into the nucleus
Reaches DNA — the site where oxidative damage does the most lasting harm.
04
Everywhere else, quickly
Minutes after a session it has distributed through the body rather than staying in the bloodstream.

Ten areas the research explores.
These are the themes members raise most often, and where the published literature is most active. Individual experience varies.
HOW YOU TAKE IT
Breathe it, or drink it.
Hydrogen reaches you two ways, and they are not interchangeable. The dose, the duration and the tissue reached all differ — which is why the research on each is read separately.
Inhalation
A sixty-minute session delivers a sustained dose through a nasal cannula. This is the method behind most of the clinical work on circulation, recovery and fatigue — and it is what runs at the studio, on home visits, and on a machine of your own.
Hydrogen water
A generator dissolves H₂ into drinking water at high concentration. The total dose is lower than inhalation, but it fits into an ordinary day without setting time aside. Best thought of as a daily baseline rather than a replacement for a session.
Four ways to start.
Come to us, or we come to you. Try it once, share it with family, or bring a machine home.

Studio sessions
Supervised sessions at our Macpherson Road studio. Sit back for 60 minutes — read, work, or sleep through it.

Home sessions
We bring the equipment to you. Ideal for family members with limited mobility, or anyone who would rather not travel.

Share a package
One package, several people. Split the cost with family or friends and everyone books from their own account.

Rent a device
Daily hydrogen at home without buying a machine. Monthly rental, maintenance included, credit towards ownership.
Learn before you commit.
Seminars, video explainers, research summaries and member stories — all free, no account needed.
Seminars & events
Small-group sessions at the studio where we walk through the evidence and answer questions directly.
Video library
Short explainers on how H₂ works, what to expect, and how to use a device correctly at home.
